The last semester I really worked on my competencies SCA and DBP. These competencies I did not really cover the last project so I knew I had to do something about that. To develop my DBP I did the assignment disruptive business processes DG590. As you can see in my development I really grew in the competency the last semester. Furthermore I had to develop my SCA so I registered for the assignment inter social cultural awareness DG412. Also the Milan trip gave more awareness on cultural level. These were the main competencies that I focused on outside my project because I did not really cover them in the project.
The competencies that I developed less were SD&CL and UF&P. I need to make more reflections and communicate more with my coach. I still have trouble to reflect on everything that I do. I have to structure my reflection making so it more clear for me what to do. Also my UF&P I did not develop that much this project. I did some user testing in my DG590 assignment but next time I would like to do this more in my project.
